RETURNS AFTER CANCELLATION AND IN CASE OF COMPLAINT
Please note the following general instructions for returns:
Clarification: Compliance with these instructions is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal in accordance with the section “Withdrawal”.
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If you no longer have the original packaging, other suitable packaging should be used to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages resulting from inadequate packaging.
Please note that we can only refund unopened products!
If your order includes free products, please return them as well for a full refund. If you keep some of the products, we can only offer a partial refund.
Return after cancellation:
If you wish to return an order free of charge by exercising your right of withdrawal, you can easily request your free return label online. Please note that your return is only free of charge if you use the return label generated below. Otherwise, the return will be at your own expense, as we unfortunately cannot reimburse any other postage costs.
HOW TO RETURN FOR FREE:
Step 1: Please send us your order number and your address to generate the return label by email to kontakt@eftrading.de
Step 2: After reviewing your request, we will send you all further information by email.
Once the package has arrived at the warehouse and been inspected, we will process the refund.
Please note that the refund will be made via the original payment method selected, unless otherwise agreed.
Returns in case of complaint:
If items are damaged or have other defects, you can of course file a complaint. Please contact our customer service using the contact form.
